Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Munshi (munshi.creafixmedia.com) and the Creafix Topic Research Scripts (together, “the Tools”), which are operated by Creafix Media (“we”, “us”) for our own team. By signing in to Munshi or running the scripts you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use the Tools
The Tools are internal. Access is granted only to Creafix Media staff and contractors who have been given an account by the owner. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. We may suspend or remove an account at any time.
2. YouTube API Services
- Data obtained from the YouTube Data API may be used only for choosing and planning our own video productions.
- Users must not export, sell, publish or share YouTube API data outside Creafix Media, and must not use it to build profiles of individual people.
- Users must not attempt to exceed, rotate around or otherwise circumvent the quota assigned to our API project.
- We comply with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including the 30-day refresh and deletion rule for stored API data.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Tools only for Creafix Media production work.
- Do not upload unlawful material, other people’s private information or content you have no right to use.
- Do not probe, scan or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
4. Content and ownership
Production records, scripts, notes and other material entered into Munshi belong to Creafix Media. YouTube content and data referenced by the Tools remain the property of YouTube and the respective creators, and are used only under the YouTube Terms of Service.
5. Availability and liability
The Tools are provided “as is” for internal use. We may change or withdraw them at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Creafix Media is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Tools.
